Sometimes all you need is something warm, quick, and lightly seasoned to curb hunger without feeling heavy. This Simple Corn Sauté is a fast, everyday snack made with just a few basic ingredients and ready in 10 minutes.
It’s ideal for tea time, a quick work from home break, or when you want a small bite without turning on the oven or planning a full meal.
Ingredients
- 1½ cups sweet corn (boiled or frozen)
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt, to taste
½ tsp Pepper Crushed Add To Cart
½ tsp Chilli Flakes Add To Cart
Method
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add the butter.
- Add the sweet corn and sauté for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Season with salt and black pepper or chilli flakes.
- Toss well, remove from heat, and serve warm.
To Serve
Serve immediately as a light snack on its own or alongside a cup of tea. Best enjoyed fresh while warm.
Quick Tip
If using frozen corn, rinse briefly under warm water before cooking to remove excess moisture and keep the sauté dry.
