  • 2 – 3 garlic cloves (crushed)
  • 1 – 2 green chilies
  • Few curry leaves
  • ½ cup Goraka paste
  • 1 tsp Rasa Padhama Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Rasa Padhama Pepper Powder
  • Salt to taste

For Katta Sambol:

  • 1 – 2 tsp Rasa Padhama Chili Flakes
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 – 2 green chilies (optional)
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • Salt to taste

Preparation Time

Adults Zone:

  • Cook kiribath until thick and creamy.
  • Prepare Abul Thiyal: clean fish, sauté with spices, and simmer.
  • Adjust sambol seasoning and lime juice.

Kuttys Zone:

  • Measure Rasa Padhama spices for sambol and Abul Thiyal.
  • Arrange plates, bowls, and utensils.
  • Help stir sambol gently.
